Yes. Common contracts (ES, NQ, CL, GC and more) import with tick size, tick value, and multiplier filled in automatically, and you can review performance in points and ticks, by contract and by day.

No. The Free plan is free forever and never asks for a card. You can upgrade later if and when a paid plan pays for itself.

Yes. You can cancel a paid plan at any time and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. There are no cancellation fees and no hidden charges.

Nothing is deleted or hidden. We explain the limit you reached and which plan unlocks more capacity, and we offer an alternative where possible. For example, once you have used your monthly CSV import you can still add trades manually.

Annual plans are billed once per year at roughly the cost of ten months, so you save about two months compared with paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual from the pricing page and in billing.

Yes. You can move between plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades apply at your next renewal. Your trades and journals are never removed when you change plans.

No. SmartOptions Journal is educational software for reviewing your own trading process. It is not a broker or execution platform, it does not route orders or hold funds, and it does not provide personalized financial advice.

Yes. Your trades and journals live in your own workspace and are never shown on public pages. Public marketing pages contain no private workspace data.
