SmartOptions Journal is educational software, not a broker — so the data we protect is your trades and your notes, and the way we protect it is simple and strict.

• Per-workspace isolation

  Every trade, journal, and record is scoped to your organization and workspace, and that boundary is enforced on every request. One workspace can never read another's data.

• No funds, no custody

  SmartOptions Journal does not execute trades, route orders, or hold money. There is no brokerage connection, so there is nothing financial to lose through the app.

• Your data stays private

  Your trades and journals live in your workspace and are never shown on public pages. Public marketing pages contain no private workspace data.

• Authenticated access

  Accounts are protected by email and password sign-in with email verification, so only you can reach your workspace.

• Analytics without your trades

  Our public site measures non-identifying usage only. We never send your trades, journal content, or financial values to marketing analytics.
